Paul is a Co-Founder and Creative Director at Division of Labor, a two-time recipient of Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year.
Whether partnering with established brands or guiding start-ups, Paul brings an unwavering belief that art and design can help products engage, stand out and be catalysts for change.
With past leadership roles at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Leo Burnett and McCann, Paul has led pitches, managed groups and been instrumental in crafting strategies and content that have earned millions of views and made clients happy.
His work has garnered national press, been seen on the Superbowl and even made into a book. He’s been fortunate to receive countless industry honors and been included in the permanent collection of MoMA. In addition to seventeen pencils from The One Show, Paul has trophies of all shapes and colors from Cannes, CA, the Art Directors Club of New York, The Addys, The Effies and D&AD. All of which he’d gladly trade for a Cubs World Series Victory.
In his spare time, Paul can be found hanging out with his wife and two kids in the less foggy parts of the Bay Area.
