MHP is one of the largest doctor networks in Detroit. When they launched a pharmacy, they needed to encourage both patients and doctors to use it. So we targeted patients in locations throughout the network and had them help change doctor behavior.

HAVE THE PATIENTS NUDGE THE DOCTORS.

Doctors sometimes have a hard time changing behaviors. Messages to patients helped encourage the switch to MHP Pharmacy.

Waiting for doctors is a fact of life. Might as well give the patients something to read while they wait.
